We are writing this letter in recognition of the outstanding service and support we received when buying a house in Bullhead City. We were given the name of Alysia Dewar by another realty agent when we started initially looking at homes in BHC.

During the initial meeting with Alysia, we stated our requirements and desires and left her with the task of finding houses that would meet our specifications. She approached the task with a great deal of enthusiasm and "can-do" attitude. In no time, Alysia had us looking at houses and it didn't make any difference if it was at night and on weekends.

Well, within two weeks we narrowed the field down to three houses and again Alysia was a key player in helping us decide which house to finally make the offer on. With Alysia's help and coordination with the other listing agent we made the offer on the 22^nd of February and it took a week to finally negotiate the price and other particulars. On or around the 1^st of March we started with the loan and closing process and the house closed and recorded on the 15^th of March. Now I don't know about Arizona realty transitions but in Washington that would be a record closing time.

This was accomplished due in a great part to Alysia. She is one of the most professional, dedicated, and supportive agents we have ever had the pleasure to work with in acquiring a home. It was especially hard and required more involvement by Alysia since the listing agent didn't do anything to help the process. I never met the listing agent and the agency did nothing to help Alysia or the buyer make this sell happen.

In closing, Alysia is that person you can really count on to get the job done. She is a real asset to your organization or any other business that needs a real professional, personable, and dedicated individual. It was a real pleasure working with her in acquiring a home in BHC.
